Indications

None of the evaluators had any problems with the consistency or handling of the product.

Dispensing was easy to load in fluoride tray due to the thickness and body of the material.

Evaluation Team Feedback

Each reviewer received 2 4.4oz bottles of Cotton Candy and Blue Raspberry.

CPS review team felt Kolorz Fluoride Foam was well received by all patient’s. Used over 213 times, it received great reviews. One patient’s comment was she thought the cotton candy was a little tart at first, but left a good after taste. Most of the evaluators said they preferred in this day with fluoride varnishes available, fluoride foam wasn’t used very much in their practice. When asked which flavor they preferred 90% preferred Cotton Candy over Blue Raspberry. Most said to be careful when extruding because it does come out fast. All felt the foam expanded well and kept it’s shape. Some of the other fluorides on the market were more runny and had no real taste. The best remarks were “Kids were excited about the flavors”.

Using Kolorz Fluoride Foam

Kolorz Blue Raspberry Fluoride Foam and Fluoride Tray.

Break Seal before shaking to mix Kolorz Fluoride Foam.

Apply Kolorz Fluoride Foam to upper and lower fluoride tray.

Add a saliva ejector to help with access foam.
