I have known Ms. Pace Brinker for many years and have worked with her as a fellow faculty member at The Dawson Academy and as a leader in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Ms. Pace Brinker was the first – and only – auxilliary elected to the Board of Directors of the AACD. Her tireless advocacy for the role of the dental assistant in the professional cosmetic dentistry team has led to the adoption of a formal credential plan for all auxilliaries from the AACD.
As you will see from her resume, Ms. Pace Brinker is one of the – if not the – best well known lecturers providing programs for dental assistants. She is much in demand and has created many innovative and powerful programs to help dental assistants learn new skills, solidify the basics and achieve a significant role in the cosmetic dental team.
