Requirements to Become a CPS Evaluator
- The whole team must be on board: Dentist, Hygienist, Dental Assistant and Patient Coordinator.
- Must all work in the dental practice or academia.
- Cannot be an owner or partial owner or work for any company or manufacturer.
- Must be able to devote 12 hours every other month on the evaluation process.
- Must be willing to be honest in every way to the evaluation and give straight forward feedback. Good and Bad.
